The couple held their ceremony at Rundleview Parkette, an incredible open space in Canmore, Alberta, that balances easy accessibility with dramatic mountain views. Standing before a quiet grove of trees with the rugged peaks rising behind them, Mary and Sean exchanged their vows in front of an intimate group of twelve guests.
Having a small guest count completely changes the energy of a wedding day. It allows for a slower pace, moving with the light and the weather rather than a rigid venue schedule. For a documentary-style filmmaker, the best frames are always found in these quiet spaces—the shared glances with close family, the wind through the pines, and the authentic energy of a couple fully present in the mountains.
